The Juppy Momentum Baby Walker {Review + Giveaway}

Do you remember your child's first steps? I remember Jace's...he was wobbling through our living room like it was nobody's business and running shortly afterwards. That in-between time can be rough for parents, though. That time when they want to walk so badly, but just don't have the stability to do so on their own. The folks over at The Juppy want to make your life during this period a little bit easier by helping out your back (and giving your munchkin some independence!) 

The mom on the right is obviously more comfortable, but I wonder if the left mom's footwear has anything to do with her discomfort?

The Juppy Momentum Baby Walker is a harness meant to help hold your baby upright while letting them use their legs to slowly learn to bear their own weight while walking. It's a difficult task for a little one! The Juppy takes the place of stationary and unsafe mobile walkers and lets baby walk along side mommy and daddy almost anywhere they venture. It eliminates the need for mom or dad to hunch over and hold baby up my the arms, which isn't comfortable for either party. I know Jace hated having his hands held when learning to walk, he needed them to help keep his balance and used them to learn to push himself back up when he fell down. 

The Juppy comes in the three colors you see below: Pink, Black, and Blue.

I actually received a blue Original Juppy as a gift when Jace was first learning to walk, so I know first hand how wonderful it works! The Juppy is easy to use, just pull it on baby's body like a pair of pants and zip and close the back. Slip baby's arms through the straps and you're ready to help your little one explore!  Since Jace is almost two and has been walking for over a year, we decided to give this new Momentum to our friends expecting their first child in March. We first tried it out on Jace, and sure enough it holds true to it's weight and size claims! Our munchkin weighs about 27 lbs, a decent sized young toddler, and he fits easily in the Juppy Momentum. So if you have a heavier baby or a late bloomer, no worries!

Each Juppy also comes with a satin drawstring pouch, making it easy to slip into your purse, diaper bag, or even a back pocket!
